A Tempe, Arizona police officer caught hiding evidence in his garage and lying about it will get to keep his job thanks to a ruling by Tempe police chief Tom Ryff.

TEMPE, AZ (CBS5) - An internal investigation revealed a Tempe officer flat out wasn't doing his job. Reports show he knowingly botched 10 cases.Not only should this cop be fired, he should be criminally charged for tampering with evidence.
