Anthony Nicholas Orban, Ex-Westminster Cop Who Kidnapped and Raped Waitress, Found Dead in Jail Cell


Anthony Nicholas Orban, the former Westminster police detective convicted earlier this year of kidnapping a waitress in Ontario and raping her in Fontana, was found dead in his jail cell this morning, according to authorities. Defense attorney James Blatt has confirmed Orban hung himself in his cell.
