'Hero' Cop Accused Of Holding Gun To Head of 13-Yr-Old After Hitting Him In The Face 'For No Apparent Reason'

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. - A Prince George's County Police officer who was indicted for assault just days after being hailed a hero is now facing a $5 million lawsuit.

Corporal Ricky Adey is accused of holding a gun to the head of a 13-year-old after hitting the child in the face for no apparent reason.

The teen has decided to tell his side of the story after filing an excessive force lawsuit in Prince George's County Circuit Court.

Kyre Jenkins, now 14, said he has never been as frightened as he was the night Corporal Adey pulled him off the fence he was trying to climb and punch him in the face before pulling his gun.
