Filmmaker Releases Video Breakdown Of Illegal Traffic Stop By Cop Who Harassed Him

An award winning filmmaker and self-desribed StarTrek fan got dash-cam video of an illegal traffic stop carried out against him by a criminal police officer who was intent on harassing him. He produced this 17 minute video to document the incident.

Actually as soon as the cop "resolved" the reason he pulled him over initially, he is free to leave. This is a common tactic police use on fishing expeditions.

The idea is they're manipulating you the same way a scam artist so you will still be hesitant to say no, and they ask for permission after you are free to leave so in court you can't claim were coerced/intimidated into giving permission.

Do ask if you are free to go. If not, are you under arrest? What are the charges? Do you have a warrant?

Cops are criminals flat out. Extortion is a crime. Extorting information in the form of driver's license, registration, insurance in itself is a crime. Forcing you to give up your right to liberty for the "privilege" to drive is extortion. Forcing you to "register" your property is extortion. Forcing you to contract with a private company, i.e. paying "protection money", in the form of "insurance" is extortion. Threatening to take you to jail if you don't sign a ticket is just more extortion. You do not have a government protecting you; you only have thugs that pretend to represent government, i.e. organized crime, that are robbing you. Any stop by a cop without a warrant in accordance with, (see Hale vs. Henkel, a US Supreme Court decision regarding the IRS) the 4th amendment is an illegal arrest. The other part of the problem is the criminals that impersonate judicial officers. That's right, the "judges" are not even lawful judges. And, the other part of the equation is that the best kept secret is that lawyers do not know the law and neither do the judges. You are living in a state of anarchy! Why do I say that? Because the constitution has no penalty clause and any law that has no penalty is no law. Organized crime set this country up a long, long, time ago and we are all victims of it. How can you get a fair "trial" in any court that stands to make money off of your conviction? It is all legalized racketeering. No victim, no crime, but it is you who are being victimized by these highway robbers. The very thing our founding fathers complained of. See the Declaration of Independence for further information.

In my own situation, the police have claimed to "smell" marijuana and used their own senses to search my vehicle. I was cuffed, detained in the back of a squad car, more police arrive then the car was searched. Of course, nothing was found since I've never used drugs. This is what cops do.....
