Calif. DA: Police killing of bystander justified (he had the same color shirt)

A district attorney's report says an officer who fatally shot a bystander at a California pizzeria robbery was legally justified.

Chino police Cpl. Claudia Lisner shot 23-year-old Daniel Balandran outside the restaurant on Feb. 1, 2009.

Balandran was leaving a McDonald's and walked into a gunbattle between officers and two robbery suspects.

The report released Friday says Balandran was wearing the same color shirt as the suspects and came from the same direction as the shots.

The report says Lisner asked Balandran to show his hands, but he did not. Lisner kept hearing shots and feared for her life, and she shot him in the chest.

An attorney for Balandran's family calls the report a "whitewash."

The two suspects also suffered gunshot wounds and were charged with murder.

Hearing things like this about the thugs in costume is really getting way out of hand. It won't be long before someone goes postal on a gang of these thugs in costume.

Anon166203: i don't get it. Do you think the time to act is only when they come to you? A real hero. Boasting about doing something in the future when things are in full swing. i guess you mean things are interesting when people have been implanted with brainchips and no more chance for axion.

Let me tell you something. If any of you people who online boast about your guns etc. were worth one thousandth of your words, you would not watch idly by as your fellow Americans are being killed and abused by the authorities.

People like you are good for nothing. You will try last desperate attempt when they are at your door, and then it's too late because they've got snipers and swat-teams, or then you're waiting for someone to lead the charge. Ain't gonna happen, babe. Only thing like that that will happen is going to be controlled opposition whose job is to lead you to camps. If people like you were to take axion, now would be the time. But that ain't gonna happen either, is it?

We both know it won't. It's disgusting to listen to people like you. People like you should have started axion when you for the first time heard about police brutality. But the elite knows full well how things are going to be played out, they've got your double in a pentagon computer system and they know what you will do. Which doesn't take a genius, though, since even i know it.
