Three students at Kiel Middle School have been placed under investigation for "sexual harassment" for not referring to another student using "they/them" pronouns.
From WLUK: The [Kiel Area School District] has filed a Title IX complaint against the students, accusing them of sexual harassment for using incorrect [sic] pronouns when addressing another student.You can read the Wisconsin Institution for Law and Liberty (WILL) full statement here. Here's some highlights: Note, WILL says the Department of Education is working to apply these rules nationwide. "Public schools will refuse to discipline students acting out in the classroom because of "restorative justice" and disparate impact liability," The Free Beacon's Aaron Sibarium commented. "But they will bring the hammer of civil rights law down on middle-schoolers who use the wrong pronouns."
