Ukraine's comedian president Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday afternoon ordered all Ukrainian men aged 18 to 60 be blocked from leaving the country under martial law.
BNR journalist Geert Jan Hahn shared the news Thursday afternoon on Twitter: Dutch expat Erik Gmelig Meyling shared video showing how he was blocked from leaving.
Zelensky's order came just hours after he took time to meet with actor Sean Penn to take part in Penn's "documentary on the Russian invasion."
Zelensky reportedly never ordered a full mobilization of the Ukrainian military ahead of Wednesday's attack because he thought Putin wasn't actually going to invade. Follow InformationLiberation on Twitter, Facebook, Gab, Minds, Parler and Telegram. |
