The suspected flyer poster is "not believed to be a threat" and police admit "the flyers don't appear to be a crime because no property was destroyed" but they want to harass him anyways.
Authorities are searching for a man believed to have posted "It's Okay To Be White" flyers at the Oklahoma City University School of Law.I believe it was Barry Goldwater who said,"Extremism in defense of diversity and inclusiveness is no vice."
(Don't quote me on that!)
It wouldn't shock me if they want to charge this guy with "defacing" property and this is just a ploy to get him to turn himself in.
Judging by the fact they say they want to "determine his intent," they're probably looking to hit him with "malicious intimidation" charges ("ethnic intimidation" in other states) if they can trick him into incriminating himself.
If you're not being charged with a crime, which this man so far is not, there's absolutely no reason to talk to the police.
