James Comey's FBI manufactured a "crime" out of thin air by conning General Michael Flynn and exploiting his good nature, openness and eager willingness to help others.

The FBI agents had the transcripts of the calls. The purpose of the meeting wasn't to gather intelligence or to investigate a crime; the Logan Act is a dead law.

While we do have a Flynn plea, this quote from McCabe has always stayed with me:
