  Republicans narrowly edged out a win in Ohio's special election Tuesday with Troy Balderson defeating Democrat Danny O'Connor by 1,688 votes with 99 percent of precincts fully reporting. While it was close as hell and should have been a bigger win, a win is a win and this is going to be devastating for Democrats. UPDATE: Democrats are blaming the Russians and eating their own!
