President Trump needs to stop sending "thoughts and prayers" after shootings and instead ban law abiding citizens from owning guns to magically make crime go away, so says Twitter's far-left CEO Jack Dorsey.

From Mediaite:
After YouTube's headquarters came under attack by a shooter yesterday, the president issued a statement expressing sympathy for the victims and thanks to law enforcement.

However, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey responded to Trump by saying its not enough, and its time to take serious policy action after all of the recent gun violence America has seen in the last few months. Dorsey included a link to the March for Our Lives' policy platform, which contains several suggestions for gun control and improving safety around the country.

Note, he sent the message before it came out the shooter was an Iranian-Turk immigrant and animal rights activist for PETA who was angry over YouTube demonetizing her channel for unclear reasons. She is what anyone who has followed Dorsey's Twitter feed knows he views as a model US citizen. (He stopped commenting on the shooting after the news came out.)

She bought her pistol legally in California, one of the most anti-gun states in the union. She passed a background check and had the gun registered with the state.

As Breitbart reports: "The state has an 'assault weapons' ban, a 10-day waiting period of firearm purchases, a requirement that would-be gun purchasers first obtain a firearm safety certificate from the state, and a 'good cause' threshold for concealed carry permit issuance."
