'Haiti Is Truly A Beautiful Country': Conan Visits Fancy Haitian Resort to Prove Trump Wrong

Conan O'Brien visited a fancy resort in Haiti over the weekend to prove President Trump wrong over his alleged "s--thole" comments.

"#Haiti is truly a beautiful country," O'Brien tweeted Sunday along with a picture of himself sipping from a coconut while wading in the ocean.

The background matches up perfectly with this photograph from the Wahoo Bay Beach Resort.

The Wahoo resort even shared two pictures of Conan on location with a man named Josue Estinfil, whose Facebook profile says he works for the Miami-Dade County Government.

Estinfil captioned the photo: "Celebrity moment : picture with O'Brien Conan and staff. TAKE THAT DONALD TRUMP."

If you thought Conan and TBS would not be so shameless as to visit a tourist trap which reflects nothing of the island just to score political points against Trump, you were wrong.

He was at one of the finest resorts in Haiti, the rates for which are $254 a night, which is a very a hefty price for a country where the average person makes a little over $400 a year.
