Pocahontas Descendant: Trump's Warren Nickname 'Doesn't Offend Me'

Debbie "White Dove" Porreco, who is a decedent Pocahontas, told Sky News in September that President Trump's "Pocahontas" nickname for Elizabeth Warren does not offend her.

From The Daily Caller:
“I know that he uses ‘Pocahontas’ sometimes with Elizabeth Warren,” Porreco explained. “He said, ‘well does that offend you when I use that?’ And I told him no, it doesn’t offend me.”

“If Pocahontas were alive today, she would be very proud of President Trump,” Porreco said. “Just like Pocahontas was a heroine, Donald Trump is going to be our hero.”
Navajo code talker Thomas Begay, who was with Trump when he made the comments, similarly said Tuesday he was not offended by Trump's statement.


Fauxcahontas Elizabeth Warren said Monday that Trump's nick name for her was a "racial slur."
