House conservatives are plotting to replace House Speaker Paul Ryan with Newt Gingrich or Rick Santorum, The Washington Post reports.
From The Washington Post:
Several influential House conservatives are privately plotting ways to use the legislative calendar this fall to push their hard-line agenda -- including quiet discussions about possibly mounting a leadership challenge to House Speaker Paul D. Ryan.I was hoping they'd indict him for taking part in a criminal conspiracy to subvert the Unites States, but replacing him is good too.
