![]() We should be thanking the tax parasites in Washington DC for "send[ing] the most tax dollars per person to the US government," at least according to the Associated Press. From Associated Press's Stephen Ohlemacher: WASHINGTON (AP) — As Tax Day approaches, show some love for the good people who live in the nation's capital. ![]() Last year, the District of Columbia paid Uncle Sam $37,000 per person in federal income, payroll and estate taxes. The next closest was Delaware, at $16,000 per person.Oh those poor, poor people. They've only managed to concentrate the entire nation's wealth in a tiny plot of land based off political graft and chicanery. Yet they don't even get to have their own special state where 96% of people will vote Democrat to enrich themselves further. They're forced to be part of Maryland where 60% voted Democrat to enrich themselves further. Despite insisting we need to thank these filthy parasites, they point out they don't really even pay taxes as they get back four times what they put in (of course, they don't actually put in anything as they're paying "taxes" on tax money): The nation's capital gets a good return on its tax investment. For every dollar the District sends to the federal government, it gets back almost $4, according to a 2015 study by the New York state comptroller."Return on investment," lol. Washington DC is the largest tax-drain in the entire country and they're swallowing the nation whole. The AP is fake news. Follow InformationLiberation on Twitter and Facebook. |
