Jimmy Kimmel just put his career on the line to stand up against Donald Trump's pick to lead the EPA.

Late night host Jimmy Kimmel took to social media Wednesday to attack Scott Pruitt, Donald Trump's pick to lead the Environmental Protection Agency.

"Put simply, Scott Pruitt is a piece of sh*t," Kimmel wrote to his eight million Twitter followers. "If you care about the outdoors, stop him. #PruittHearing"

Can you believe this man's bravery?

No doubt he will lose his job and be outcast from Hollywood after taking such a brave stand.

Jimmy Kimmel is willing to sacrifice everything for the "outdoors," folks. That's how deeply passionate he is.

Incidentally, Kimmel was just hired to host the 89th annual Academy Awards on ABC.
