A black man in Detroit robbed a DTE Energy worker guarding a downed power line for just $2.

From WJBK:
DETROIT (WJBK) - A DTE worker responding to a call of a downed wire is robbed at gunpoint on Detroit's west side.

Fortunately, he wasn't hurt, but the bad guy is still on the run.

...The suspect is described as a 5 feet, 8 inch black man with a goatee, wearing a tan puffy coat and blue jeans.
