  A 34-year-old Moroccan migrant who stole a car in July and promptly crashed it into a tree because he couldn't drive was given only three months in prison because he was a "first time offender."Upon release, the migrant, referred to only as "Adil B," went and allegedly raped a woman after she rejected his advances at a club. If that wasn't bad enough, in July he apparently also robbed a restaurant outside of Hamburg and smashed the place up. The restaurant owner, Ludwig Orben, said he was "speechless" to learn of his other crimes, saying he assumed "that the gentleman was in prison."
