Pandering is all she knows.
From the NY Post:
Hillary Clinton's final push as Election Day nears features an aggressive attempt to lock down the crucial vote Latino, including by claiming that her favorite food is Mexican and that her granddaughter is already learning Spanish.
"I have to watch portions. I have to watch what I eat," she told Univision, saying "the problem never goes away."Incidentally, it's interesting listening to the interview, as every question asked is explicitly race-based identity politics, I.E., "what will you do for the Latino community?"
If Hannity or O'Reilly asked only questions about "what are you going to do for the white community" they'd be kicked off the air, yet for Univision to engage in explicitly race-based identity politics is not only A-OK, but encouraged.
Of note, at the very end of the segment, an old Mexican woman dressed as a maid comes up to hand Hillary a small cup of some drink. The female Univision host intervenes and says "but you cannot," while motioning to take the cup away, "Secret Service doesn't let her..."
Hillary then interrupts and blows off her concerns, "Ohh, coming from you?" she says to the old Mexican maid, "I will do it."
She then takes the cup and puts it down on a side table, electing to not actually drink it, hah!
