  Collapsin' Clinton is plummeting in the latest daily tracking poll from the Los Angeles Times.  The biggest shift appears to be among blacks, 17.6% are now supporting Trump.  If Clinton can't get a large black turnout and over 90-92% of the black vote, the election is over.  Millennials are also ditching Clinton in droves.
