![]() MSNBC host Alex Witt's attempt to smear Trump as a racist just went horribly wrong. After asking the CEO of the NAACP, Cornell William Brooks, to comment on a clip of Hillary Clinton accusing Trump of appealing to a "racist fringe" in the Republican party, her control room instead cut to a KFC commercial advertising their "extra crispy chicken." "Hillary's latest attempt to secure the black vote goes above and beyond," commented one YouTuber. "'I am the Extra Crispy Colonel' - Hillary Clinton in an impassioned plea to black voters," said another. Trump countered Hillary Clinton's line MSNBC was going to play by saying she is a "bigot who sees people of color only as votes."
