#FreeMichaelStrickland: Conservative Activist Arrested for Pulling Gun in Self-Defense

Michael Strickland, the genius behind the Laughing at Liberals YouTube channel, was arrested over the weekend for pulling a gun to defend himself from a threatening mob chasing him down for filming at a Black Lives Matter protest.

This weekend Michael was confronted by a gang of men and he pulled out his gun. The story made headlines and Michael was thrown in jail. Michael has a concealed carry permit in Oregon and can legally carry a weapon. He was being threatened and he pulled the gun on his would-be assailants.

Apparently, the state of Oregon issues concealed carry permits in Portland but you're not allowed to use your gun if you are being threatened with an a$$beating.

The court set bond for Michael at $250,000.

Strickland had every right to defend himself from these violent, menacing thugs.

Photography is not a crime and filming a protest should not get you threatened with violence, yet it's clear from the video multiple thugs in the crowd were hyper-aggressive and out for blood. One man even laid his hands on him as he's trying to leave, despite his having just pulled a gun, proving his violent intent.
