I'd never thought I'd see the day, but politicians in Brazil are actually admitting the state cannot protect people and are seeking to copy the U.S.' gun culture where people have a right to bear small arms. From TIME Magazine: Congressmen in Brazil, one of the most violent countries in the world, are proposing to dramatically loosen restrictions on personal gun ownership, bringing the country much closer to the American right to bear arms.Who'd have thought giving government bureaucrats badges and guns wouldn't keep everyone safe? What a shame politicians in the US want to abandon our old gun culture and turn us all into unarmed slaves. |
