 Adam Rupeka, the man in the viral video we covered two weeks ago schooling a cop who was harassing him for filming police headquarters in New York State with a drone, has been arrested and charged with "reckless endangerment in the 2nd Degree" and "reckless endangerment of property" after he mistakenly crashed his drone into a chimney on the New York State Capitol Building. It appears his seemingly honest mistake is being blown entirely out of proportion to punish him for his insubordination. Watch a video report on the arrest from the local station News 10: |
