Texas School Cop Accused Of Demanding To Smell Woman's Socks & Underwear

Texas school cop Patrick Quinn, 26, faces two counts of official oppression after allegedly pulling a woman over and demanding to smell her socks and underwear.

Prosecutors say Quinn pulled a woman over on August 11th at 3am in the morning due to an expired sticker on her car, then ordered her into the back of his patrol car.

He then proceeded to search her vehicle and found a marijuana grinder, which the woman claimed was not hers.

Quinn allegedly told the woman he would not take her to jail if she let him smell her feet, as well as her socks and underwear.

When the woman complied, he allegedly told her to "forget about it" and let her leave.

The woman reported the incident to police the next day, and Quinn's fingerprints were found on her insurance card which was left at the scene.

As a school police officer, Quinn was not tasked with making traffic stops, and unlike Homeland Security, confiscating women's panties was not an official part of his job.
