 In this clip out of Ankeny, Iowa "officer friendly" plays buddy-buddy with a man to try and con him into admitting marijuana usage as part of a dastardly ploy to imprison him and take away his freedom. The man instead stands up for his rights in the face of the manipulative costumed con-man and refuses to play his games, eventually being let go after telling the officer he's being filmed.
