Obama Supporters Sign Petition to Repeal Bill of Rights

Shock video underscores mindlessness of public
Paul Joseph Watson

A video clip shows numerous Obama supporters in California signing a petition to repeal the bill of rights in another shocking reminder of how many Americans will mindlessly give up their liberties in the name of supporting the President.

Social commentator Mark Dice invited citizens to sign the petition to “support Obama repealing the bill of rights, taking things further than the Patriot Act” and replacing it with “new NDAA-type legislation.”

Dice labeled the Constitution “old fashioned” and “ancient” in “today’s new world order” as Americans willingly put pen to paper.

“He’s done everything he can to repeal the bill of rights but we’re just showing the citizenry is right behind him repealing the bill of rights,” Dice stressed as signatories nodded in agreement.

People signing the petition still failed to react when Dice repeated that they had “just helped repeal the bill of rights.”

The video proves that many Americans will agree to virtually anything if it is qualified with the question, “Will you help us support Obama?”

Only at the end of the clip does one individual refuse to sign the petition, remarking that he swore an oath to uphold the bill of rights when he was in the military.

This is merely the latest example of how mind-numbingly slavish many Americans are to signing away their inherent freedoms, so long as the reason for doing so is pitched with the right rhetoric.

Previous petitions crafted by Dice and signed by a plethora of Obama supporters called for banning the First and Second Amendments, as well as throwing gun owners in prison.

Dice also conducted mock ‘Obama Security Force’ bag searches on the campus of San Diego State University as he trashed the 4th amendment. A number of students complied with having their belongings searched when they were told that carrying a bag was a sign of terrorism.

678 LOL!!

With all the tear-the-Constitution-down, government-is-bad, I-never-signed-no-Constitution types in here, you actually have the nerve to publish this?

Based on content and comments, I bet 90% of the people who read and publish on this site would sign that same paper. All I would have to do is change the wording a bit: "We're looking to hold a constitutional convention, because government is out of control. Would you sign this petition?"

We could do the same thing with Bush supporters, or Green Party people, or you-name-it: All it takes is the right wording and a few sheep.

@Nickel's 2bits, a piece of paper w/ a signature on it, doesn't take away rights - that's nonsense. Rights are inherent, not granted by pieces of paper nor, stupid actors - who pretend they have a right to rule over others.

Info. Lib. is a government construct: the net, the web, the last resort; for the government to catch people who are shaking off the programming.

"If it's paper that binds us,then, a paper shredder could set us free!"

678 @L.S. Rights are not inherent in a world of competition.

Joe and Jack are on an island. Joe finds a coconut. Will Jack agree that Joe has a right to the coconut he found? That's up to Jack and has nothing to do with anything inherent in Joe.
