 Nez Perce Tribal Police officer Robert S. Wall, 31, shot and killed Jeffrey A. Flinn, 46, in 2011 after pursuing him in a chase. This newly released video shows Flinn exited his car and placed his hands above his head in surrender, at which point Wall shot and killed him. Wall was rewarded with a paid vacation, and despite facing trial, Magistrate Judge Stephen Calhoun dismissed all charges against him. HT: r/BCND
