 While the Peaceful Streets Project was out filming cops in the early morning hours of April 28th, 2013, we saw a cop turn onto a one-way road, driving the wrong way. We do not know if he did so to try to suck us onto the road so that they could ticket us, or if he did it because he is a low level moron. [Cop turns at 3:27]
