"Move And F**king Die!" Cop Fired

Hurst police officer Disraeli Arnold has been fired after being recorded on video threatening a teen and using profane language.

[...]On Thursday, Hurst police said Arnold was "indefinitely suspended for violations of Hurst Police Department General Orders and Civil Service rules relating to his actions on Nov. 20, 2012" and "an internal affairs investigation was conducted for violations ... to include the unnecessary use of force, being disrespectful to a citizen, and the use of indecent, profane, or harsh language in the performance of official duties."

Despite Pope's claim of excessive force, the internal affairs investigation determined the amount of force used by Arnold was reasonable since he believed Jimenez was struggling to subdue the teen.

The investigation did find, however, that Arnold was disrespectful to a citizen and "used indecent, profane, and harsh language in the performance of his official duties, and conducted himself in a manner which brought discredit to himself and the Hurst Police Department."

18496 With the police risking their lives everyday, now they have to mind their manners and what they saw and not be rude to a punk teenager resisting arrrest? This guy was backup, if the kid would have just done by law what the orginal arresting officer asked, none of this would have happened.

The grandmother? Where are the parents? Grandma should be beating his behind for not listening to a police officer and resisting arrest. If your grandson would not have broken the law, he would not have 2 cops wrestling with him on the ground. Can think of not that long ago that if you didn't do as a cop asked right away, you'd get a club upside your head. Now cops have to say please to make an arrest? This guy did not discredit the force, he came to the aid of a fellow officer.

The kid is a punk and it was a juvenile prank, obviously with the buddy convieniently there to tape it while he fights with a cop. Kid should go to jail, and for his probation be forced to go on drive alongs to see what the cops to daily to keep the peace. Then maybe the dumbass will stop fighting cops and start fighting bad guys.
