Man Dies in Police Custody, Medical Examiner Rules Death a Homicide

From the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel:
The Journal Sentinel reported Sunday that the Milwaukee County medical examiner’s office has revised its ruling on the death of Derek Williams, who died in Milwaukee police custody in July 2011, from natural to homicide, according to the district attorney’s office. The decision came after the Journal Sentinel alerted an assistant medical examiner to newly released records.

If Williams had gotten immediate medical attention, he would not have died in the backseat of a squad car while Milwaukee police officers ignored his pleas for help, James Hall, president of the local chapter of the NAACP, said Sunday.
Video at the link above shows Derek Williams handcuffed in the backseat of police cruiser gasping for air and begging for help. The police do not take his pleas seriously and seem to think Williams is drunk or under the influence of narcotics.

Kudos to the Journal-Sentinel for pursuing the case and obtaining the police records and video. The medical examiner did not have the full picture—Hmm—and reversed his conclusion only after the newspaper brought the new information to his attention.

69131 This is far from surprising, the Milwaukee Police Department has a corrupt command staff. They lie, when some of the department are stopped from stealing they use loads of taxpayer funds coming after the whistleblower. They outright frame you, something I would never have considered in my entire career with the department. If they frame people they obviously would have no difficultly lying under oath in court. Their high technology unit frames, sets people up for predatory organized gang stalking in their neighborhoods and the use of direct energy weapon torture fired on unarmed defenseless citizens in their homes. The only way you can classify these people is that they are monsters and should be tried for crimes against humanity.

69131 I've been getting hit in the head with direct energy weapons for the past couple of days. The FBI and Milwaukee Police Department are behind it. The Milwaukee Police Department and FBI plan attempts to frame me. They keep trying to get me charged with something in the District Attorneys Office but the DA won't charge their cases because they, unlike the Milwaukee Police Department Leadership and FBI have integrity.

69131 The Milwaukee Police Department and/or the FBI have see through the wall technology and they are using crowd control type weapons to fire on unarmed citizens within their residences. The can do this to anybody
( activist, whistleblower ) they don't like for whatever reason. They keep putting pressure on my head. I got hit simultaneously in the head from what seemed like all sides two days ago so I'm thinking they have these devices in neighboring residences all around me. The FBI didn't want to go to Lybia because it was to " dangerous " it's safer to sit in the US and hit unarmed, defenseless citizens in the head while they are in their house. This is the same FBI that will wait until the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines make an area " safe " for them and when the same soldiers come home to the US they'll greet them by calling them potential terrorists.

69131 This is what the FBI are doing they are using ultrasonic weapons with see through the wall technology from the neighbors houses of a targeted individual.
