 The cop who stepped on the man's neck got a 15 day suspension as "punishment," the other cop who seized an onlooking woman's cellphone then charged the woman for "interfering with police" for failing to hand over her cellphone got off scot-free. The police union says they'll appeal the officer's 15 day suspension, "He did what he had to do at the time."
