![]() At least one Oklahoma police officer is under internal investigation after surveillance video showed him dragging a man face-down out of the Will Rogers World Airport. The incident occurred after police arrested 53-year-old James Jay Heidebrecht at the airport on February 20. The man had claimed he was a CIA agent and wanted to talk with with presidential candidate Newt Gingrich, who was visiting the city that day. He allegedly tried to get past a security checkpoint and became combative when detained. “The gentleman had some mental discord. He was claiming to be the head of the CIA. He claimed he was head of the Green Berets. He claimed a lot of things,” Oklahoma City Police spokesman Capt. Dexter Nelson told ABC News. “He was not in a normal state of mind.
