Note, the cops were apparently responding to a completely unrelated domestic violence call "down the street," this family and their dog had nothing to do with anything. It's not clear why they felt the need to execute this random family's chained up dog, the police are not talking.

A Tulsa family is angry after a Tulsa Police Officer shot and killed their dog. They say they may file a lawsuit against the department.
