Tyranny Fighter Julian Heicklen was arrested and silenced today by Orange County Sheriffs Deputies. This is the second time in a 2 month period that Judge Perry has ordered the arrest of a peaceful activist who was practicing his first amendment right to exercise free speech and inform jurors of their natural right to jury nullification. If you don't know what jury nullification is you can find out more about it here: fija.org . Please share this, and take a moment to call Judge Perry's chambers at 407-836-2008. Let him know: What he is doing is thought tyranny and he needs to stop interfering with this work.

Update:
The gentleman being arrested is Julian Heicklen a longtime activist supporting FIJA for years. He was passing out these flyers: http://fija.org/docs/BR_YYYY_true_or_false.pdf on the morning of August 22, 2011. The 2 administrative orders he was served on Friday August 18 that outline free speech being an arrestable offense on courthouse property are here: http://www.ninthcircuit.org/research/legal_research.shtml and here: http://www.ninthcircuit.org/research/legal_research.shtml . The Judge's chambers can be reached by calling : 407-836-2008 you will probably reach Jill Gay who is Judge Perry's Judicial Assistant.
The department that handled the arrest is the Orange County Sheriff's office, the arresting officer seen here in this video is DFC Ray Shulte. He is the one with the mustache and glasses without a hat pushing Julian in the wheelchair. His phone number is 407-836-6069. You may call the Orange County Sheriffs Office at 407-836-4357

Julian refused to cooperate while in his arraignment hearing which happened around 11 am on the 22nd of August, so the Judge ordered him TO JAIL without possibility of bail until September 1st, where they will bring him back to try to get him to cooperate again.

Please keep any requests for information coming... Thanks!
