 Last year, 28 year old Ikenna Njoku of Auburn, Washington was jailed for 4 days, causing him to lose his job and his car. His "crime": he attempted to cash a legitimate Chase check issued to him by Chase Bank. An employee there, assuming him to be a criminal, started the ball rolling that led to his false arrest.
