LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- A local attorney has released a video that he says shows LAPD officers threatening and attacking people at a children's party. The video, which lasts about 4 minutes, was shot at a Halloween party last October, according to attorney Luis Carrillo. Danny Moran and his wife say police showed up at their kids' party after getting complaints that the music was too loud. Moran says he turned the music off, but the police sergeant still called for backup. Once it arrived, Moran claims, the scene turned chaotic, and the police turned violent. Read More |
