  Huge drop in the price of silver... It's being reported it's linked to some rule change by the Chicago mercantile exchange. I guess they made it cost a lot more to buy futures contracts for silver and that triggered a sell off, supposedly they did it to decrease volatility. I don't really understand the specifics as I'm not a trader, I don't think inducing a flash crash is decreasing volatility though.
