 LAS VEGAS -- A 13-year-old girl is recovering after being hit by a car. The accident happened Tuesday afternoon and the girl's mother says she is in a medically induced coma. But while at the hospital, her mother was given a ticket because her daughter was jaywalking. [...] "He said, 'Takara was jaywalking. She has got to go to court on March 6th,'" said Obong.
