![]() SALT LAKE CITY (CN) - A man claims a Provo police officer Tasered him 10 times in his front yard, taunting him each time by asking, "How does that feel?" And he claims Officer David Moore's unconstitutional assault came after the cop saw that his first Taser shot had crippled his victim's legs. Ray Tatum claims Moore arrested him at gunpoint after knocking on his front door, Tasered him without warning though he was complying with Moore's orders, then "repeatedly Tasered Tatum by drive stunning [sic] his Taser into Tatum's kidney area, back, arms, neck. Officer Moore Tasered Tatum no less then 10 times, each time asking Tatum, 'How does that feel?'"
