U.S. placed under international police-state

Anthony G. Martin

In the dead of night on December 17, 2009, President Barack Hussein Obama placed the United States of America under the authority of the international police organization known as INTERPOL, granting the organization full immunity to operate within the United States.

According to Threatswatch:
Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order "Amending Executive Order 12425." It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other "International Organizations" as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945.

By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates - now operates - on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
What, exactly does this mean? It means that INTERPOL now has the full authority to conduct investigations and other law enforcement activities on U.S. soil, with full immunity from U.S. laws such as the Freedom of Information Act and with complete independence from oversight from the FBI.

In short, a global law enforcement entity now has full law-enforcement authority in the U.S. without any check on its power afforded by U.S. law and U.S. law enforcement agencies.

A bit of background is in order here, and Hot Air provides it:
During his presidency, Ronald Reagan granted the global police agency Interpol the status of diplomatic personnel in order to engage more constructively on international law enforcement. In Executive Order 12425, Reagan made two exceptions to that status. The first had to do with taxation, but the second was to make sure that Interpol had the same accountability for its actions as American law enforcement — namely, they had to produce records when demanded by courts and could not have immunity for their actions.

Barack Obama unexpectedly revoked those exceptions in a change to EO 12425 last (week)...
Thus, Interpol now can conduct its operations on U.S. soil with ZERO accountability to anyone in this country.

And you beginning to understand now just what the 'end game' is on the part of those who are currently running the U.S. Government?

Let's go a step further in fleshing out exactly what this means in practical terms. It gets ugly...and scary. Again, from ThreatsWatch:
Section 2c of the United States International Organizations Immunities Act is the crucial piece.
Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable. (Emphasis added.)
Inviolable archives means INTERPOL records are beyond US citizens' Freedom of Information Act requests and from American legal or investigative discovery ("unless such immunity be expressly waived.")

Property and assets being immune from search and confiscation means precisely that. Wherever they may be in the United States. This could conceivably include human assets - Americans arrested on our soil by INTERPOL officers.
Why would INTERPOL be arresting American citizens on our own soil, without oversight from our own law enforcement agencies? And remember, citizens who are thusly arrested would have no legal authority to demand full documentation from the International Police concerning the charges brought against them.

Andy McCarthy at National Review asks these crucial, sobering questions of the secretive Obama order:
Why would we elevate an international police force above American law? Why would we immunize an international police force from the limitations that constrain the FBI and other American law-enforcement agencies? Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a repository for stashing government files which, therefore, will be beyond the ability of Congress, American law-enforcement, the media, and the American people to scrutinize?
At least one answer to these questions is very clear. A coup is underway in the United States of America, the goal of which is to establish complete, unquestioned authority over the citizens--a 'fundamental change' to the United States where citizens have no legal recourse against an authoritarian central government.

74215 Ofcourse not...everyone's too busy getting plastered over the holidays 'cause they're stressed from trampling eachother to death at Walmart trying to get the last Hanna Montanna Streetwalker-Delux Bend-ME-Over-While-I-bake play ovens for their 9 yr. old daughters (they even come with leaded-makeup from China they can put on while they wait for their poisoned, processed cookie-dough to bake :) You gotta admit...the timing's perfect here...everyone has there head up there ass even more around this time of year. As if those distractions weren't enough, throw in the faked terrorist plot, and if all goes according to plan we'll all be spending next X-mas in camp fema...(I hear they're allowing the the girls to bring their new ovens too).

66151 I'm speechless.

What I can say is that it's been a long time since Euros have faced we yanks on a battlefield. Each time not ending well for them. Make it about our freedom, family, nation and who knows how it will end.

Only 50% (roughly) of this country still know right from wrong but we are a strong group of folks.

If foreign forces are used on US soil, the architects would be making a bold and dangerous move.

74215 In truth, although I'm sure apathy and hopelessness is apart of it, I think much reason measures such as this have been allowed to happen is because the public DOESN'T KNOW it's going on. Many still don't have consistent access to the internet, and the mainstream news networks rarely mentions anything of this nature; in fact, I think they're forbidden to cover them, and when they do the stories are slanted/edited to fit propagandist agendas. I mean, when the MSM airs stories suggesting mercury and carcinogenic preservatives in vaccines are "good for children, and help with their performance," we definitely need better modes of relaying facts and information that reaches more people than the internet. Again, many still don't even have access to it, or if they do, aren't familiar enough with it to know of these sites. Many of these people include the middle-aged + populations (such as the old war vets, etc), as well as the poor; in the case of the former, they'd actually be more inclined I believe then the younger generations to actually take action against these occurrences, and aren't quite as apathetic and self-absorbed as the younger generations.

74215 Hence the growing digital divide and disconnect between people who have access to the net and the resources to be able to afford them, and the poor, rural, and elderly portions of the populace who are increasingly being left out in the dark. The same (which in some respects could be a blessing in disguise) applies now for T.V. and those who can't afford cable. And if any of you have ever had to deal with the new digital converter boxes, then you know that now people who can't afford cable or satellite get even less channels than before when we were still using ANALOGs and antennas (which again; considering the sorry state of information via television now, that could be a blessing, so less television access in our case may not be such a bad thing in that regard). I think before we can realistically expect people to 'WAKE UP', we need to put more effort into getting the information out, and not just assume everyone can hop online at a whim to find out about the latest rapings of our liberties.

8196 I don't know whether this will shed some light on the issue:

If you scroll about a quarter of the way down to the new report there is a report on this issue, some of which is confirmed, though there are some omissions.

Hope this helps.

I had thought of the word in terms of representing division, widening the gap, but these things often have layered meanings to fool people at different levels that everyone is a fool.

The breeding programs, using rather than caring for children has created a persistance that passes political agenda down through generations. The consequences are now being seen and felt, realised for their intentin and some real information is released by the company's media in the mind control packages that are presented to people as part of the deconstruction and change. This includes altering people's perceptions which is essential for minority influence.

The game relies on cheat until you win. Where issues involve scripts being played out in front of the bulk population they are particularly vulnerable, high politics requires fooling masses of people. People must be mislead / disabled or minority control falls apart.

The 1984 stuff, thoughtcrime, doublethink and destruction of meaningful life is something people can hardly ignore. It is likely that people think in black and white, they are encouraged to. I could imagine people who want this to stop thinking 'how can i stop this'.

I would like to add another possible question people might ask themselves. Much has gone badly wrong with the agenda, destruction of all truth and our real connections with ourselves and each other is not something that is easy to erase.

A question one might ask is 'how does one delay it'. There are attempts in play to smooth over past failures by simply carrying on. To create a war, much goes on behind the scenes then there is a momentum phase that is highly visible in their media (all forms), the attempts to polarise, selling hate. I say this as if one knows what media is used for, one can look at it to see the political agenda and more.

Delay provides time for people within the elite power networks to come to their true and full senses, as would also apply to the outer party on which the exertion of tyranny relies. It is of value in itself to work on one's own mind control, you then ask your own questions, your natural will then emerges, that which you are not supposed to see through all the stresses and brainwashing (abuse).

8196 Further to the above link; here is another, to a talk by Christopher Story. The format was originally to deal with EU corruption, but, the extraordinary events unfoldingcurrently in the US sidetracked him somewhat:

The delays caused by intervention thus far are allowing inroads to be made to the point where germany is openly worrying about Britains heavy Euro bias....

The Irish Bank is to move to cashless banking, which is a major move toward the "Globalist" Ideal. I believe (my opinion only) this is due to the monumental loss of trust in Banks and banking by the general public. This move is dangerous in the extreme: It demonstrates an ill judged effort to protect the fiat ponzi system we call capitalism. Another trip down the rabbit hole? or a gamble to progress the RFID agenda?

someone said this, it seems apt to your comment harry, if not to the overall situation:

<we are programmed to look to the cause of our problems for solutions. we want the government to solve the problem that government's existence creates. to banks to solve the problems that their existence creates. to abusers to solve the problems that are a system of the abuse. because we don't know any better. that's all. the authority that denies us freedom will not solve any problems.>

<government will never solve the problems that its existence creates. war will never bring peace. more abuses will never bring any kind of healing. looking to someone to lead you to freedom means you will never be free, for to be led anywhere means you are not free. asking abusive authority to help you heal from abuse is a dead-end street. freedom is the only option. that means personal responsibility for your own actions. that means making your own decisions, not letting others tell you what you should do. you have it within you, the ability to heal from abuse and to stop abusing others. we all do. we all have that inner voice that tells us right from wrong. and we replace that inner voice with the words that come from authority. and we learn not to listen to it, because it is that inner voice that will set us all free, each and every one of us. no leader, no teacher, no high-dollar guru can tell you what that voice is saying. you have to listen to it yourself. you have to trust in yourself enough to believe that it speaks truth. and when you do that, you realize that authority's claim to rule our lives is based upon lies and falsehoods and mostly upon abuse which consists of promises of reward if you obey, and threats of punishment should you not.>

this ties in my previous post, the individual is the solution, we all are individuals, each and every one of us and no matter how they resist it, this applies to the elites too.

the opposite of freedom being global total enslavement. enslaving people requires constant struggle, america conquered as the basis of world overthrow as what were captains of commerce. In the language of 1984 blueprint I encountered the term 'proletariat' with conflicting definitions but having the existing low, middle and high with middle expanding to independance, the meglomaniac sees the writing on the wall and the call for 'change' goes up.

perhaps these revolutionary socialist (psychopathically anti-social) terms are supposed to sound grizzly, to me they do. with the low middle and high due to be destroyed, 85% of the popultation by orwell, i looked to marx and engels for the definition of prole:

<...By proletariat, the class of modern wage-labourers who, having no means of production of their own, are reduced to selling their labour power in order to live. [Note by Engels to the english edition of 1888.]>

i am not sure what the blair third way refers to but it would perhaps fit with you either have power or you are a commoner as per the middle ages, disenfranchise the people:

<Estates of the realm were the broad divisions of society, usually distinguishing nobility, clergy, and commoners recognized in the Middle Ages and later, in some parts of Europe. While various realms inverted the order of the first two, commoners were universally tertiary, - wiki>

Windows 98 a wonderful OS especially on a fast computer with large hard drive. If all extraneous junk such as help files and images etc are deleted it runs at light speed. I had it deleted down to arond 35MB before I wrecked it by deleting a .vxd file. My Flightsim game was running just zippy perfectly and it would defrag in 2 or 3 seconds at 96 percent free space.......FUN

"Liberal" or "Conservative" is not a substantive choice, it is only the carefully crafted illusion of a choice, for both parties come together when they are instructed to.

Joseph Kennedy, father of JFK, in the July 26th, 1936 issue of The New York Times.

If you care to know who runs the world you live in, view these films. If you care not then I leave you with this quote to ponder:

"There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final revolution."
