Well said Dave. Also, I have to comment that everyone is feeling it. There are too many people on top relying on the people on the bottom to do all of their dirty work. Everyone is becoming more intuitive and feels discontent. We are tired of working for nothing; we are tired of all the scams; the Govt. INC.; the stupid secret societies; clubs with their codes and cub scout rules; self-importance; cheating, lying, murdering; raping; scheming; laundering; bribing; ect. All of this is unproductive and not evolutionary as spiritual beings. On top of that, poor Bruce does not have the insight to see past his next paycheck.

Dave, it seems as though your civil liberties have been violated. Also, I believe that there are remidies in the UK for such actions. In the united states there is a remedy named Bivens actions. Check it out, and come to court with your pistols loaded.

BIVENS ACTIONS allowing for Damages remedies for constitutional violations committed by federal agents were not available until 1971. The Supreme Court had long held that federal courts had the power to grant relief not expressly authorized by statute as well as the power to adjust remedies to grant relief made necessary by the particular circumstances of the case at hand.
However, it was not until the Court's decision in Bivens v. 6 unknown named federal agents 403US388, 91SCT1999, 29LE2d 619(1971) that a violation of a specific constitutional amendment by a Federal employee was recognized as a cause of action for monetary damages.

Without Bivens Actions, the right to hold Federal employees personally liable for malicious, vicious and even depraved actions is severely limited under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and subsequent revisions. For example, a Federal, former Federal employee or non Federal employee treated with grievous and malicious indifference, would have no recourse to file suit against the parties involved in US Federal Court. A Federal Employee would only have recourse to filing against the "Department Head," such as the Attorney General. Thus, people responsible for acts of brutality and sadism in violation of the United States Constitution, would be protected by the Federal Government. This allows for a continuation of these actions against others.

In the case of Bivens vs six employees of the US Department of Justice, the Plaintiff alleged that Federal Agents had arrested him and searched his home without a warrant or probable cause in violation of the 4th amendment's ban against unreasonable searches and seizures.

The Court upheld the reasonableness of the complaint in the face of a motion to dismiss for failure to state a cause of action. They rejected the argument that a State Tort action provided an adequate and exclusive judicial remedy.

Even though there was no specific authority for such a civil action in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, or any Federal Statute, the Court acknowledged a judicial remedy on the basis of the historic power of the Federal courts to redress personal injury through the particular monetary damages.

These judicially created Causes of Action, known as BIVENS ACTIONS , provided the right to secure monetary damages.

While there was no Federal statutory or constitutional basis for such a cause of action, the historic use of damages by Federal courts as a remedy for the invasion of personal liberty interests led the Court to conclude that a Plaintiff should be allowed to redress a violation of the Plaintiff's 4th amendment rights by the federal employees with a monetary award.

The essence of TRUE CIVIL LIBERTY consists of the right to protection of the laws of the Federal Government. Because of this, the Court concluded that monetary damages were a valid way of enforcing the Constitution.

Furthermore, they felt that reliance on State laws was not sufficient for redress since the states might have a conflict of interest between actions and redress. The Court's concern was what they felt to be a lack of real relief for constitutional violations.

The Court’s additional concern was their perception that an agent of the Federal Government acting unconstitutionally in the name of the U.S., possesses a far greater capacity for harm than an individual exercising less authority.

A remedy of monetary damages for plaintiffs injured by federal officials and agents thus became a means to compensate and vindicate a Plaintiff's claim. As of now, Bivens claims are still primarily used to redress infractions by law enforcement and others in the criminal justice system. On the other hand, the Supreme Court has expanded the scope of a Bivens Action from violations of just the Fourth Amendment so that it now includes violations of the First and Sixth.

The US Supreme Court has subsequently restricted Bivens by refusing to allow Federal employees whose First Amendment rights are violated by their superiors (as in the case of Caryl Leventhal vs. Janet Reno) to file suit against their tormentors. This theory is based on the assumption that they are in an employment relationship governed by "comprehensive" procedural and substantive provisions for giving meaningful remedies. In the Federal suit involving Caryl Leventhal vs. Janet Reno, their assumption has proven itself to be in error. Such over-optimism is evident by reviewing "The Administrative Process" page of this site.

(Author's Note: The Supreme Court's decision is predicated on comprehensive and assumedly equal treatment of a complainant by Federal employees administering the procedural process. In Caryl Leventhal's case, obstruction of justice, threat of death, unequal treatment, perjury and threat of prosecution by the US Attorney's Office Criminal Division were used to keep Caryl Leventhal from obtaining equal treatment in this process. Possibly more important to the safety of Americans, this was essentially retaliation for Caryl Leventhal being a whistle blower. Subsequently documented criminals and potential terrorists were being allowed into America by way of the Immigration and Naturalization Service selling Green Cards and pushing through paperwork that was incomplete. Unfortunately there is no redress in federal court for this type of complaint and the USDOJ INS Administrative complaint process refused to address this basis.

This was done to protect individuals who had deprived her of rights guaranteed under the United States Constitution. Inasmuch as solid evidence exists to show that Ms. Leventhal was denied fair and equal due process, an argument might be made that she is excluded from the Supreme Court's restriction on Federal employees filing individually against other Federal employees. The Supreme Court's allowing a Bivens Action is based on a citizen not having sufficient redress. Certainly, a Federal employee being treated prejudicially in the Federal procedural process is being denied this level of redress assumed to exist by the Supreme Court. In fact, she has no more procedural and substantive provisions for giving meaningful remedies than a non-Federal employee. Under these circumstances, denying Caryl Leventhal to file a Bivens Action would be denying her equal protection and redress of other citizens, simply because she was employed by the Federal Government.)

Federal employees are in a position of either "playing the game," no matter how corrupt, savage or exploitative, or simply keeping quiet. People who might be in a position to protect the citizenry, are subject to extreme retaliation without unimpeded recourse to the US Federal Court system.

Contrary to abusers in the private sector of the economy, innocent Americans can still be victimized by the vast majority of government employees who know they will be protected from personal liability and responsibility. Federal employees are even more vulnerable to abuse by their co-workers.

A Bivens claim can be based on conspiracy of federal agents by showing:

(1) the existence of an express or implied agreement among the defendants to deprive someone of constitutional rights, and

(2) an actual deprivation of those constitutional rights resulting from the agreement.

what society appears to be it isn't. 'state' is a not just division, it is a company that trades on a compulsory basis to a captive audience. for legitimacy that is fatal. to try to fake legitimacy they include constitutions (words) the right to overthrow an administration, these are words. they have since on the official site erased that law, basically cheated, that would require time travel.

if i have overthrown the crown then i hereby appoint everyone on this earth a king also. we have a horrendous history on this planet, everyone's lives are a mess as a consequence of decisions long ago, a chain reaction. to break that chain, let us talk as equals. that chain has become a ring of power, break the ring, hence i mention brotherhoods to free the mind of the individual on which peace depends.

if they argue otherwise, i have asserted sovereignty as a living human being. that is what parliament has done, what the city of london did but in their case it was a construct, a construct enslaving people. i look at the construct but also what it really is.

in court they say that to disrespect the authority of the court is contempt of court, ie no right to question the authority of the court. this is the master catch, the catch 22 (22 = master in occult code). 'con tempt'. 'court' a fiction, 'authority' (who was the author) not present, no authority at all, the true reason the crown does not attend. disneyland, bewitched, magicians at work.

Secret society games and trials are occult rituals with many of these little catches. 'I swear to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth'. No one knows the whole truth as far as i know, to give testimony one is asked to as a sworn liar, initiation to a secret society. if you analyse these things, these are deliberate excercises in doublethink. the override is substantially the media and the damage we as human beings have.

state, a fiction, is a deliberate divide, it does not just divide people it enslaves them all, especially those inside it. the dictatorship system is an excercise in self enslavement. we can right now call a time freeze, set aside the past, all of it, think without that burden that controls people through shame. we are human, the more i come to realise what that is the more fantastic i find it. in court, are their not equal human beings? if not there is politics in play.

what i have tried to do is show how important it is to think, the price we pay for not doing so, as per the garfunkel quote. trauma has a major impact on the human psyche, this includes the person doing it. what if we just stopped to think, instead of being fooled into fighting each other.

if the fruits of this earth are simply given out for free, where is the struggle, there is plenty? the fruits of this earth are free, so why not, why all this human misery?

to take a visible group mind control example. i give someone a badge and outwardly this badge has people seeing inequality, that it carries authority, status. it is a badge. what about the human being, they outwardly have status and power but actually they have just surrendered their self sovereignty (decision making) to orders, to others, to constructs, are a slave. inversion of what it appears, it is that doublethink again. set them free.

i remember my mother saying they couldn't play monopoly with me when i was a little kid, i would spoil the game as i didn't like losing. isn't it natural to not enjoy losing, is the game at fault? can we stop the game, stop being children? as people know the bank wins in that game over people, which is what they are doing now, but taking that game into the world everyone hurts each other and the person who sits out watching the game destroys themselves for they are disconnected, a zombie.

i presume i made a fuss because i was losing (selfish) but mankind succeeds when we do not accept someone else losing, that is easy, we just have to think but that requires knowing when we are thinking. the 22s are losing control so they are attempting to have everyone fighting each other and wrapping them all in chains. that requires rather a large number of fools, a responsible minority stops that nonsense as thinking is contageous.

isn't the pathology here that of 'dave the child playing monopoly'. they have guns and people who follow orders, robots if they simply follow. does anyone have to lose?

to be sovereign, you have to have your own mind. this is targeted by all and every means, illusion included.

I never felt good about myself when I won in Monopoly. I always made deals that would profit myself at the expense of the other players. You win by taking someones pride and properties. It is very similar to how the game is currently played. There is little chance, mostly manipulation, and scheming. Also, when you are the banker and the other players are not looking, you can steal money.

for the sake of the family (the group), david would have had to play by the rules (someone else's mind) and lost. those dice just werent working for me. so for the good of the group, a child would have been abused had i been subserviant to the needs of the group, the mob as it was probably mother and sister hence two to one.

what if we play that again, forget the instructions (rule is divide), and the needs of the group (pretend fun for all the family), what then? why could not each have a house and decide what to do with it.

but the game is monopoly, no, only if i had surrendered my free will which in the wide and general context of this world is about the most dangerous thing one can do.

mum, sister and i didn't have a problem, but place a construct over that and all hell breaks loose.

As far as I know there is one world here. People have travelled, shared their experiences, used the internet. The idea of murdering off friends or strangers abroad is the opposite of the state of being mankind is evolving to by what they have experienced. What people know destroys control, so in politics you present your view of one world, limit the consciousness of people to little corrupted mind boxes, physical divisions like border control.

Milgram and stanford make it clear that if someone says 'i am not a murderer' this is nonsense (life is contextual), control of circumstances and personality the information field etc can produce a mass murderer. What context dictators are in is something I have been thinking on.

I suspect when the family asked me to play monopoloy, the issue of contention was that as a consequence of someone winning I lost everything, I don't want to control their houses, that is a waste of my life. I questioned everything, an inward and outward journey at the same time. I questioned the monopoly game, placed power plays in check allowing for more thinking time by all. I lost my home (mortgage paid off), nearly all my 'stuff'. Questioning the state didn't do that, obtaining answers and acting on them did. I picked up a mind that is freeing itself. What sometimes happened is people get destroyed, killed to make an example (send out blinding fear) that knowing is dangerous. Utter b*ll*cks, orchestrated ignorance and fear is destroying everyone.

Much of control is illusionery, everyone is subject to surveillance and they take the initiative. In my research I evolved. One world, what was already here was being discovered, that passage is blocked as it was known that freedom was destroying politics. They are telling you that decisions are being made as to what to do with the world, real things are being done behind that distraction to close the stable door. They are telling you they are deciding so you don't. Magic, were you fooled?

By the time i had answers people knew anyway but tend to deny what they know.

if you are aware of what is really happening, perhaps taking part in it you will see how the combat systems target issues, how reflexive it is, the info streams (media topics) are effectively part of a combat system trying to maintain counter intelligence. also, humans trained and programmed in counter intelligence operate in a very similar manner (find strategic/available network nodes and pump in numerous different stories).

sometimes things really happen or are going to happen and they just need a blundering distraction to maintain the illusion of control. the airline story fits this 100%, ie the real issue is one they wish to paper over with something else. bizarre catches attention well, has parrots nattering nonsense derived from nonsense, the distributed confusing data helps with this. it doesn't appear that anyone was blown up in the making of these slides.

the story equates to something real going on with a human response of 'oh s*t, get some b*ll*cks out there'. all front pages in britain had the story with distributed fragmented info that if examined and compared revealed the con of the media itself.

on net discussions (called blogs to degrade their standing) troll posts often disrupt by simply adding noise.

standback, observe, really think and realisable truths come into view. watch your automatron reaction to stories, you then get to watch yourself and often what the story is designed to do not to mention this can reveal one's own mind control.

The simplest rationalisation of the infowar is the war itself. If left in peace, people would heal and connect with their own senses, decide for themselves what real topics are, draw on how they relate to their own life experiences. At the same time of the psy bombardment changes are made on the ground to incrementally introduce combat security systems, weaponry, helicopters, covert vehicles, automated security systems, again more stresses and strains to injure people.
