InformationLiberation Commentary:

Technically I am not against being compared to a maggot, we are both life forms, we live and breathe and experience the world through our senses, the same life energy flows through both of us, but what is so interesting to me about this clip is this man clearly disdains nature as a whole.

To him "a maggot" is some pathetic creature which simply eats and sh*ts, a worthless lowly creature whom he feels he is "levels above." He studies them with some god complex, experimenting on them and doing who knows what to them, yet despite all his extensive study all he sees is their defecate.

I remember just last summer I had a moving experience with a fly, I was sitting outside relaxing when I noticed a fly buzzing around me, he landed on my arm but I shook and he flew off, just for kicks I put my hand out thinking maybe he will land on it, and sure enough he landed right in the center, I felt in that moment like he was staring right at me in the same spirit as an innocent puppy, as I looked at him in the palm of my hand I couldn't help but feel flies get a bad rap, they are living creatures and their lives have value, they are not simply "maggots" as power-mad lunatics like David Suzuki and his ilk consider them, they are living creatures and their life has value.

These people don't care about life and they sure as hell don't care about the environment, their only concern is garnering power to fill their vapid souls. - Chris, IL
