The best documental I've seen last year.

Irish TV makers were luckily inside the Goverment Palace when the coup happened. I think it's the first coup filmed "real time". You can see prime ministers crying, military threatening... it's just AMAZING.

And finally you'll see the final truth: people united can not be defeated. The coup failed because people ran out to the streets claiming by Hugo Chavez.

distorted and manipulated information... any one who speaks spanish will notice some inaccuracies on the translations and that there are parts that weren't translated...

I would love to see all that positive power from the people out on the streets of America to put a real leader like Chaves into power. Just fucking crazy how I knew nothing about this event and was swallowing the lies of the U.S. Media and never knew. This is a very encouraging story for us as Americans.

CIA snipers and the distorted media coverage just makes me sick but look how all of them got the script flipped on them in the end....they were really scared to loose that oil money....lol. All of them protesting in there nice cloths. Now for the first time I see the evil that takes the form of our current administration. Powell, Rice, Bush, whatever....

I'm going to burn a copy of this Documentary and give it to everyone of the people I work with at the nice resturaunt I wait at. You people who read this should do the same.....unless you would be jepardizing your job. It only takes a few to spread the truth. Give 5 people this DVD or any of the other DVD's that shed light on the lies and you have 5 people who then can tell 5 people wich makes 25 wich makes 125 wich makes 625 wich makes 3,125 wich makes 15 thousand 625 people who know what the truth is. And if those 15,625 people tell 5 people. We know that 1 person can change the world. The question is whether or not your that one person.....I know I am.

Gonna burn this Doc right now and give it to more than 5 people and tell them to do the same. What are you going to do?

Before rushing to judgement - we need to look at this expose:

The Revolution Will Not be Televised lies

then compare what this documentary says with actual charges at the Hague and other world courts. After watching this film, I almost liked Hogo Chavez. Now I know this is propaganda... only after watching the above expose - then tell me that I'm mistaken.

By far the most enlightening and ironic (regarding freedom) comment in this video was "1 in 4 Venezuelans carry guns".

Leaders who truly believe in the people do not fear the people. Especially the people with guns.

This film is propaganda. Ever talked to somebody from Venezuela about their experiences from this time period? My friend and her family had to run from Venezuela to escape Hugo Chavez's Socialist Dictatorship

Best SCIENCE FICTION film of the decade!!!
Only a real genius could make a Human Rights Violating, Farc/Eta pimping, Cocaine dealing, Uranium selling, Wife beating, etc... piece of work like Hugo Chavez into a Beloved Folk Hero...

I CRIED SO MUCH WITH THIS MOVIE...tears of indignation and impotence.
It's heart-wrenching to see that the monopoly of lies, torture and manipulation does not belong just to George W....Hugo Chavez has matched and even improved upon all of Dubya's accomplishments...
