  Transgender Admiral Rachel Levine of Health and Human Services together with "pup play" fetishist Sam Brinton of the Department of Energy served as America's representatives at the French Ambassador's residence on Bastille Day.  "Week 4 On The Job," Brinton said in a post on Instagram, "Champagne and Celebration with the French Ambassador in his residence for Bastille Day.
