Earlier this year, cop-hating Black Lives Matter agitator Al Sharpton threw a fit over his local convenience stores in New York "locking up my toothpaste" and demanded a police crackdown to address the BLM crime wave he helped bring to fruition. In Philly in 2017, the city council approved a bill to ban shop owners from protecting themselves with plexiglass because, in the words of one Democratic councilwoman, it represents an "indignity" to her minority constituents. The law was scheduled to come into effect in 2021 but enforcement appears to have been delayed as a result of our record crime wave.
