Though Capitol protesters are being tortured in jail and held in indefinite detention for "trespassing" into the people's house, last year's Black Lives Matter rioters are being treated with kid gloves after citing their lived experiences and emotional trauma.

You can see in the video above it looks like he targeted the 1-year-old in the back seat.

From The Free Lance-Star, "Falmouth Bridge protester gets suspended sentence for smashing car window":
The case against a man who was arrested after he smashed his scooter through a car window on the Falmouth Bridge during one of the early protests last year [on June 1] was finally resolved Tuesday with a suspended sentence.

Victor L. Miles II, 33, of Spotsylvania pleaded guilty in Stafford General District Court to assault and battery and destruction of property. He received a suspended 90-day jail sentence on the destruction charge; the assault conviction will be removed from Miles’ record if he stays out of trouble for the next year.

[...] At one point, a car carrying two adults and a one-year-old child tried to maneuver through the crowd. Miles responded by smashing out a window, causing glass to shatter and land on the vehicle occupants. One adult suffered cuts to the arm, police said.
WRIC reported specifically last year that "the shattered glass landed on the one-year-child and both adults."
Defense attorney Eugene Frost said the vehicle "clipped" Miles as it was going past and Miles responded in anger. "It was a very emotional time all the way around," Frost said.
He was the real victim here, folks!
Miles had initially been charged with unlawful wounding, a felony that carries the possibility of up to five years in prison. The case was postponed multiple times and the felony was eventually reduced to a misdemeanor.
It must be tough living under "white supremacy!"
