MUSKOGEE, Okla. - A Muskogee police officer, currently on administrative leave, was arrested on Thursday morning after he allegedly forced an estranged love interest to have sex with him. Muskogee County deputies arrested Mark Ridley after they say he rammed the woman's car off the road, then forced her to drive to a residence, where he forced her to perform oral sex.
