An enraged cop was caught on video committing an act of road rage in a patrol car before fleeing the scene of the accident he had caused on a South Carolina highway. But rest assured, the overwhelming video evidence against the cop left police no choice but to ticket him. Kidding. No, what actually happened was that the responding cops who arrived on the scene and were prepared to cite, if not arrest, Chad Walton, the man who shot the video.
