A top NIST security officer was allegedly caught manufacturing meth inside a U.S. government NIST laboratory, yet no charges have been filed against him and the local Montgomery County police will only say they're "investigating." News 4 reports: An explosion tore through a government lab in Maryland this weekend, and Montgomery County Police say they're investigating whether the blast was related to the manufacture of drugs. In their news report, they say witnesses saw the officer "throw something into the trash then put a duffle bag in his car," he then allegedly lied to police claiming he was "burned by a butane lighter." Watch their news report: So we're told to believe this cop was found with a recipe for making meth, pseudoephedrine, burns to his hands and arms, allegedly lied to police and disposed of evidence, yet the Montgomery County police chief says it "hasn't risen to the level of a criminal violation at this point," saying only "they're continuing to investigate." If no arrests are made soon, you'd better believe this story goes a lot deeper. |
